Mascarpone Whipped Cream

8 oz heavy whipping cream
2 oz mascarpone cheese
2 oz powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start mixing at low speed and increase to high until stiff peaks
